Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ functional abilities and needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals
Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress
Train staff and parents on techniques to support students’ therapy needs
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Valid state license to practice occupational therapy
Experience with children in educational or clinical settings (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create adaptive, engaging solutions for student success
