The Funding Administrator oversees a broad range of operational, administrative, and financial functions supporting daily operations. The role involves coordinating across departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth, accurate execution of all funding and back-office processes while working across multiple platforms in an evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end funding process, including contracts, bank logins, wires, and post-funding tasks.
● Maintain accurate digital records, handle UCC filings, CRM entries, and support a smooth deal flow across departments.
● Assist management with reporting, reconciliations, legal documentation, and coordination with outside counsel when needed.
● Help onboard and manage ISOs, vendors, and service providers.
● Use and master multiple systems, including Google Sheets, SignNow, MCA Track, Smart MCA, and banking portals.
● Demonstrate strong technical proficiency across both software and hardware, including Mac computers.
● Support company growth by improving workflows, implementing new tools, and staying adaptable as technology and industry practices evolve.
