Job Description

Logistics Coordinator – Shuk to the Core (East Coast Tour)

November 9–23, 2025 (12 shows total)

*About Shuk to the Core:*

Shuk to the Core is a traveling Israeli marketplace that brings artists and small business owners from Israel directly to U.S. communities. Since the start of the war, four rounds have already been completed, generating over $2.1 million in sales and sustaining more than 60 Israeli businesses. This will be the fifth round, with shows scheduled across the East Coast.

*Position Overview:*

The Logistics Coordinator will support the smooth running of 12 events during the November East Coast tour. Each show runs approximately 4 hours, with the coordinator required to arrive 2 hours before and remain 1–2 hours after until the last vendor has left. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and committed to supporting Israeli vendors and the Israeli economy during this critical time.

*Key Responsibilities:*

                •             Arrive early to assist with general setup before each event.

                •             Support vendors throughout the event, including distributing snacks.

                •             Manage check-in for attendees.

                •             Collect admission fees and sell raffle tickets.

                •             Provide logistical support during the show and ensure smooth closeout.

                •             Be a visible, supportive presence for the vendors and event team.

*Requirements:*

                •             Must have a vehicle (or access to one) and the ability to drive between event locations.

                •             Availability for all scheduled shows between Nov 9–23, 2025.

                •             Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

                •             Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed.

                •             Reliability and commitment to staying until the last vendor leaves.

*Compensation:*

                •             Flat lump-sum fee for the entire tour.

                •             Candidate is responsible for arranging their own accommodations, gas, tools and parking.

*Mission:*

This role is more than logistics — it’s about helping sustain Israeli small businesses whose livelihoods have been devastated since October 7. By ensuring each event runs smoothly, you directly contribute to supporting Israel’s economy and strengthening the bonds between U.S. communities and Israeli vendors.
