Job Description

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play an integral role in developing and administering key HR processes that drive team success. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing critical support across HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate company policies, procedures, and job-related information to new hires.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, contractual agreements, and coordination with IT, payroll, and other departments.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and organize onboarding kits to ensure new hires are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Administer new hire experience surveys and analyze feedback to improve the employee onboarding experience.
  • Prepare reports on key new hire metrics and actively participate in team meetings to discuss hiring pipelines and HR priorities.
  • Post job requisitions across relevant channels and assist with interview scheduling, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
  • Administer day-to-day benefits plans including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible spending accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Resolve HR-related employee concerns promptly and help enhance job satisfaction by implementing team-building activities and employee perks.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, compensation, leaves, and other employment-related topics.
  • Support the HR Manager in completing various HR projects and initiatives.

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with employment and labor laws.
  • Experience using the ADP Workforce Now platform (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication (verbal and written) abilities.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Additional HR certifications or training is a plus.
