We are a fast-growing, dynamic company specializing in premium baby furniture, looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy for the U.S. market. This is a key full-time role based out of our Shoresh office, near Jerusalem, 4 days a week onsite, working closely with our creative team, external partners, and U.S.-based agency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all digital platforms, including our e-commerce website and social media channels.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our Amazon operations, working closely with our U.S.-based Amazon agency.
• Coordinate with our external partners on PPC, SEO, and digital optimization efforts.
• Own and manage all content across digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand voice.
• Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer to plan, produce, and implement creative content for the website and social media.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns and user experience.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. consumer market.
• Native-level English (American preferred); deep familiarity with U.S. digital trends, consumer behavior, and platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing content, agencies, and multi-platform strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset and the ability to ideate and execute engaging digital content.
• Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of baby/family markets is a plus.
