Job Description

Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of key marketing activities across multiple DTC e-commerce brands. Specifically our kids and toys, pet brand, camping brand, and our home furniture brand. This role focuses on daily execution tasks related to Social Media Management, Content Development, Content Marketing, and potentially Email/SMS Marketing, with a primary emphasis on creating, editing, and posting high volumes of TikTok posts and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all marketing activities align with the overall strategy and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management
● Daily: Edit and post TikToks/Reels directly from a smartphone across 20+ accounts.
● Daily: Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs to foster community and increase brand loyalty.
● Weekly: Schedule TikToks/Reels for weekend posts, ensuring a consistent content flow across all social platforms.
● As Needed: Update and manage social media post schedules to maintain an active and engaging online presence. Collaboration & Execution Support
● Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to understand the overall content strategy and execute tasks accordingly.
● Take ownership of the planning, creation, and scheduling of daily content, ensuring alignment with the strategies provided by the Marketing Manager. Content Marketing Execution
● As Needed: Update content on Shopify websites as directed by the Marketing Manager, ensuring all product descriptions, landing pages, and blogs are current and optimized for SEO.

● AS Needed: Potentially help to write and publish 1-2 blog posts for each brand, focusing on relevant topics that align with brand identity and customer interests. Email/SMS Marketing Execution
● As Needed: Execute updates to Email and SMS campaigns based on strategies developed by the Marketing Manager, ensuring messaging aligns with ongoing promotions and content strategies.

Qualifications:
● Experience:
○ Experience in managing social media accounts, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels, for multiple brands.
○ Familiarity with Shopify and a willingness to learn and navigate the platform as needed.
○ Experience with Email/SMS marketing tools is a plus.
● Skills:
○ Strong video editing skills, particularly on mobile platforms.
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
○ Ability to engage with audiences in a way that reflects each brand's voice and values.
○ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
● Attributes:
○ Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
○ Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
○ Willingness to create and show face in content is highly desirable but not mandatory.
○ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
