If so, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Amazon Business Mentor and Sales Strategist.
Responsibilities:
1. Mentorship and Team Motivation:
- Provide mentorship based on your extensive experience to guide and support our beginner team members.
- Dedicate time to individual and group mentoring sessions to motivate and inspire the team.
- Keep team members accountable for their goals and performance.
2. Sales and Performance Analysis:
- Assist in reviewing team members' sales performance, product development, and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct regular analysis of key metrics such as forecasting, inventory aging, and supplier communications.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance overall business performance.
3. Educational Meetings:
- Organize daily group educational meetings to share insights, industry updates, and best practices.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each Brand owner to assess their progress and provide personalized guidance.
4. Stay Up-to-Date:
- Stay informed about the latest changes and releases in the Amazon business ecosystem.
- Communicate relevant updates to the team and strategize on how to adapt to changes effectively.
5. Strategic Growth Planning:
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative ideas and strategies to grow their Amazon sales.
- Troubleshoot challenges and proactively address issues to ensure the success of each Brand owner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in running successful Amazon businesses with a deep understanding of the platform.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities in the context of e-commerce.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, changes, and best practices in the Amazon marketplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
