*Key Responsibilities:*
- Engage with potential and existing customers through various communication platforms to drive sales and build relationships.
- Make warm sales calls and follow up on sales opportunities, converting leads into sales.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Manage high-volume transactions and interactions, ensuring accurate and on-time processing.
- Collaborate with teams to share insights and improve customer satisfaction.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across text, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow systems meticulously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams.
- Experience in Travel, Credit Cards, or Rewards programs is a plus.
