Looking for a motivated, reliable, and personable individual to join our growing team as a Jewelry Showroom Assistant.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Diamond District showroom (New York, NY). We’re especially interested in recent or soon-to-be graduates looking to grow in the luxury jewelry industry.
About the Role:
As a Showroom Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our jewelry business. You’ll be responsible for:
Assisting clients during appointments
Presenting and showcasing moissanite jewelry (chains, rings, earrings, watches, etc.)
Supporting sales by answering client questions and closing transactions
Opening and closing the showroom
Maintaining the display and general cleanliness of the space
Processing payments and ensuring excellent customer service
We’re Looking For:
Someone available to work full-time (40+ hours/week)
Friendly, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Interest in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or sales a plus (training provided)
Punctual and dependable – reliability is key
Compensation:
Base + 5% commission on profit of personal sales
