Job Description

The Field HR Manager will lead a team of HR Coordinators and Front Desk Associates who serve as the first point of contact for clients and candidates. Their responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling HR-related and operator calls, maintaining an organized front office, processing PCA applications and HR forms, assisting with caregiver benefits, providing translation support, and facilitating orientations and new hire trainings. The manager is accountable for guiding, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, ensuring consistent professionalism and operational excellence across all locations, while collaborating with senior leadership to uphold service standards and drive ongoing improvement. 
Required qualifications:

  • Leadership experience (2 years minimum)
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR (applications/benefits/I9)
  • Basic understanding of healthcare as an industry
  • Be able to be the face of the company
  • Be able to take initiative and think out of the box
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Willingness to run a diverse team
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively collaborate with other supervisors to achieve shared goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Willingness/ability to travel between offices as needed

Preferred qualifications (not required but helpful)

  • Experience managing satellite offices
  • Recruitment experience
  • Front desk management
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful HR policies/strategies
  • Thorough knowledge of HR related laws and regulations (unemployment, FMLA etc.)
