Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Paperwork Proficiency: Ensure all underwriting paperwork is accurately completed and compliant with company policies.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of available products.
• Numerical Acumen: Analyze and interpret complex data to make informed underwriting decisions.
• Team Leadership: Direct and support underwriting team members, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
• Follow-Up Expertise: Know how to follow up smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in underwriting or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
