Job Title: Senior 360 Clinical Healthcare Recruiter (Agency)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced 360 Recruiter to join our team, focusing on the clinical healthcare market. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and building relationships with candidates to managing client relationships and closing placements. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified clinical healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, advanced practice providers, physicians) in a timely manner.
Business Development: Identify and develop new client relationships within the healthcare industry, while nurturing existing ones, to create a robust pipeline of job orders.
Client Management: Consult with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network of top clinical talent through various sourcing channels (including referrals, job boards, and networking events).
Performance Tracking: Meticulously track key metrics, including placements, billings, and KPIs, to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory requirements to effectively guide clients and candidates within the healthcare staffing landscape.
Qualifications:
Proven Success: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a 360 recruiter in the healthcare clinical market, specifically within a healthcare staffing agency, with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding billing targets.
Data-Driven: A strong ability to track and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and clients.
Results-Oriented: A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a focus on achieving goals.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Agency Experience: Prior experience working in a fast-paced healthcare recruiting agency environment is a must.
