The Role
The VP of Operations will serve as the operational leader, responsible for driving organizational performance, compliance, and scalability. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial operator who can balance strategic vision with daily execution across a fast-growing behavioral health organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day operations, including clinical, administrative, HR, and financial functions.
Develop and implement scalable processes for intake, billing, scheduling, compliance, and reporting.
Partner with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and clinical compliance with insurance standards.
Oversee recruitment, retention, and training of staff (BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff).
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle optimization.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations.
Lead expansion into additional locations, including site development, licensing, and operational readiness.
Report directly to ownership, providing performance dashboards and strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations (ABA experience strongly preferred).
Proven success in multi-site operations and scaling organizations.
Deep knowledge of ABA workflows, payer requirements, and compliance standards.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and revenue cycle.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and develop talent.
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a growth-stage organization.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
