Job Description

The Role
The VP of Operations will serve as the operational leader, responsible for driving organizational performance, compliance, and scalability. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial operator who can balance strategic vision with daily execution across a fast-growing behavioral health organization.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead all day-to-day operations, including clinical, administrative, HR, and financial functions.
 Develop and implement scalable processes for intake, billing, scheduling, compliance, and reporting.
 Partner with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and clinical compliance with insurance standards.
 Oversee recruitment, retention, and training of staff (BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff).
 Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle optimization.
 Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations.
 Lead expansion into additional locations, including site development, licensing, and operational readiness.
 Report directly to ownership, providing performance dashboards and strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations (ABA experience strongly preferred).
 Proven success in multi-site operations and scaling organizations.
 Deep knowledge of ABA workflows, payer requirements, and compliance standards.
 Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and revenue cycle.
 Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and develop talent.
 Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a growth-stage organization.
 Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
