What You'll Do:
- Patient Enrollment - Handle intro calls with sales approach, verify Medicaid eligibility
- Communication - Liaison between marketers, patients, caregivers, and internal teams
- Assessment Coordination - Schedule and coordinate patient assessments
- Documentation Management - Collect and submit all required documents
- Authorization Processing - Follow up with teams to ensure timely processing
