Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, demonstrating professionalism
and care in handling inquiries with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient need.
Process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team
members.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Intake, to assist with
translation when/if needed.
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish or Bengali or Mandarin/Cantonese or Russian a must
