Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director/ ISO Relations with a demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and grow high-performing ISO relationships. This role is responsible for generating consistent, high-quality deal flow with a focus on C & D files.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage independent sales organizations (ISOs)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ISO partners to ensure consistent HIGH QUALITY deal submissions
- Guide partners on structuring and submitting fundable deals within our underwriting framework
- Monitor pipeline activity and performance metrics to optimize funding results
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, approvals, and ongoing funding strategy
- Maintain clear reporting on ISO activity, submissions, approvals, and funded volume
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the MCA industry with direct responsibility for ISO relationship management and funding volume
- Demonstrated ability to generate $5M-10M+ in monthly deal flow
- Strong understanding of merchant cash advance products, risk grading, and underwriting criteria
- Extensive relationships with active and well- known ISO partners and brokers
- Excellent communication, writing negotiation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ISO portals
