Job Description

Seeking a part-time Training Facilitator to join our home care agency at our Brooklyn office. The ideal candidate will have a background in home care and will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to new hires and existing employees. This role will focus on enhancing skills in various areas and ensuring all staff are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing retraining for existing employees.
 Work with existing training materials, manuals, and resources, as well as create and update new materials.
 Utilize various training methods, including in-person sessions, remote training, and e- learning platforms.
 Assess training needs and develop customized training plans to address specific gaps.
 Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
 Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in training content and delivery.
Qualifications:
 Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
 Strong organizational and time management abilities.
 Ability to train and coach individuals and groups effectively.
 Flexibility to adjust training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.
 Familiarity with technology tools used in training.
 Strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
