Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our USA and overseas teams. The Global Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to presenting the most qualified candidates to the Head of HR and Owners for final interviews and decision-making. Responsibilities: - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both USA and overseas teams, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing. -
Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of HR to provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and strategies. -
Candidate Management: Conduct initial interviews with all candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the organization. -
Presentation of Candidates: Present the most qualified candidates to the Head of HR and owners for final interviews and decision-making. -
Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment process by implementing best practices and utilizing feedback. -
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international employment laws and regulations. -
Market Research: Stay updated on global recruitment trends and labor market conditions to effectively attract top talent. -
Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. -
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information. - Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, and employees.

Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a global or international recruitment role. -
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus. -
Strong organizational and time management skills. -
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. -
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in different countries is a plus.
