Position Summary:
The Director of People Operations oversee cross-departmental operations,
leading teams, resolving process challenges, and implementing systems that
drive efficiency. This role ensures smooth workflows from client onboarding
to ongoing case management while fostering a culture of excellence and
collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Lead supervisors overseeing various department functions and them
teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve interdepartmental process issues to enhance
efficiency.
* Manage operations from initial client referral to ongoing case
management.
* Implement improved systems, processes, and training curriculums.
* Oversee timely documentation submissions and support billing and
payroll processes (if applicable).
