Remote, Case Management (Estimated 25 hours a week)
Key responsibilities include:
MUST BE LOCATED IN NYC FOR IN-PERSON VISITS ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS TO PATIENTS IN YOUR CASELOAD
*Communicating with patients and caregivers
*Working with service providers
*Staying on top of emails and deadlines
*Dealing with customer service and retention
*Multitasking in an in-office environment
Requirements:
BA REQUIRED
*Customer service skills
