⏱️ Hours: Monday- Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Conduct patient outreach to re-engage those who left or are considering leaving
- Use persuasion and negotiation skills to retain patients and recover lost cases
- Deescalate conflicts and resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to resume and tailor services for returning patients
- Meet weekly retention targets through proactive follow-up and problem-solving
