We are seeking an experienced ABA Recruitment Specialist to spearhead, build, and maintain a sustainable recruitment system for our growing ABA department. This role requires someone who understands the unique demands of ABA staffing and can proactively source, attract, and onboard qualified RBTs, BCBAs, and clinical support staff. Must be willing to travel to our Toms River office.
