- Retain patients and recover at-risk cases using thoughtful persuasion and negotiation
- De-escalate conflicts and resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to tailor and resume services for returning patients
- Meet weekly retention goals through proactive follow-up and problem-solving
