The Lead Qualifier is the first point of contact for families seeking ABA services. This role screens inquiries, ensures eligibility, and transfers qualified leads to the Intake team while providing a supportive first experience for families.
What this person will do
- Answer calls and website inquiries promptly
- Screen families for eligibility (ASD diagnosis, age, location)
- Disqualify and document non-qualifying leads
- Provide resources when evaluations or Medicaid support are needed
- Warm transfer qualified leads to Intake
- Document all inquiries in Google Sheets or CRM
- Participate in team meetings and process improvementsMust-have skills
- Relevant intake experience
- Healthcare, intake, or call center experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Gmail, Word, and Excel
