Key Responsibilities
Oversee and control Accounts Receivable (AR)
Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP)
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Develop, monitor, and manage budgets
Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation
Manage HR-related administrative functions, including employee records and coordination of payroll and benefits
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulations
Prepare financial reports as needed for management review
