A relationship-focused role for someone skilled in persuasion, empathy, and problem-solving
📍 Williamsburg, Brooklyn☀️ Mon–Fri | 9–5
- Manage a daily caseload of at-risk patients - proactively reaching out, identifying concerns, documenting interactions, and driving each case toward resolution
- Partner with internal teams to implement creative solutions that re-engage patients and strengthen long-term retention
- De-escalate conflicts and resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism over the phone
