A sales-driven role guiding patients from first call through enrollment

- Handle patient enrollment from intro call through assessment scheduling
- Conduct Medicaid eligibility checks and guide families through next steps
- Serve as the communication hub between marketers, patients, caregivers, and internal teams
- Manage documentation and ensure all required forms are collected accurately
- Follow up to secure timely authorizations and smooth onboarding
