We're an Amazon advertising agency. We're growing fast and looking for a data-driven operator who wants to own campaigns from day one.
Experience with Amazon Advertising is a plus but not a must.
About the role
You'll manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns for a dedicated book of clients. You'll analyze performance data, make bid and budget decisions, and communicate results clearly. Full training is provided — what we can't teach is the hunger to dig into numbers and figure out what's working.
What you'll do
Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
Analyze search term reports, placement data, and ACOS/TACOS trends to drive decisions
Own keyword research, negative targeting, and campaign structure for assigned accounts
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and communicate clearly with clients
What we're looking for
You genuinely enjoy working with data — spreadsheets, trends, and metrics are interesting to you, not a chore
Detail-oriented and organized — you can juggle multiple accounts without things slipping through the cracks
Strong communicator — you can translate campaign data into clear takeaways
Amazon advertising experience is a plus — but not required. We hire for mindset and train the rest
Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with advertising platforms a bonus
