Head of TikTok Shop – COO-Level Role

We're a major consumer brand with a strong presence in retail and e-commerce. We're looking for a seasoned operator to launch and fully manage our TikTok Shop channel from the ground up.

This is a senior leadership role. You'll own the entire TikTok Shop operation — strategy, content, creator partnerships, fulfillment logistics, and P&L.

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record launching and scaling TikTok Shop for a real brand (not just consulting on it)
• Deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem — affiliate programs, LIVE selling, short-form content strategy, Ads
• Ability to build and lead a team around this channel
• Experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly revenue on the platform
