We’re looking for a high-level salesperson with experience selling large-scale service contracts.
This role is built for someone who has consistently closed deals with an average contract value of $250K+ in vendor-based services such as security, facilities, janitorial, or wholesale. You understand complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and how to win high-value accounts.
You either bring an existing book of business or have a proven ability to break into new markets and build a pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities. You are a builder, ready to create and scale a business line. You’ll define the vertical, generate revenue, and grow into leadership—starting hands-on with full ownership and performance-driven earnings.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business focused on large-scale contracts and enterprise clients
Leverage existing relationships and/or build a pipeline of $250K+ opportunities
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site walks
Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Report pipeline activity and forecasts to leadership
Ownership of a focused, intentional go-to-market strategy from concept to execution
After ramp-up, support sales enablement (process improvement, mentoring, strategy)
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record closing deals with an average value of $250K+ in B2B service-based industries
Experience in security, facilities, janitorial, or similar contract-based services strongly preferred
Demonstrated success managing longer, complex sales cycles
Existing book of business or strong ability to build enterprise pipeline
High-level negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong communication and executive presence
Self-starter who thrives in a remote + field-based role
Organized, disciplined, and results-driven
Compensation & Growth
$100K–$120K base + uncapped commission
