Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced COO / EOS Integrator to partner directly with the CEO and lead day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for aligning teams, improving systems, implementing accountability, increasing efficiency, and ensuring company goals are executed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, operationally strong, and experienced in implementing or managing businesses using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.

You will be responsible for creating structure, building leaders, improving operational performance, and helping scale the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the CEO to execute company vision and strategic initiatives
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all departments
  • Implement and manage EOS systems, accountability charts, scorecards, KPIs, Rocks, and Level 10 meetings
  • Build and improve operational systems, SOPs, and workflows
  • Drive company-wide accountability and performance management
  • Oversee departments including:
    • Operations
    • Service
    • Scheduling/Dispatch
    • Sales Support
    • Project Management
    • Accounting/AR/AP coordination
    • Customer Success
  • Develop leadership teams and hold managers accountable to goals
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Improve profitability, efficiency, and scalability
  • Create measurable KPIs and reporting systems
  • Manage hiring, team performance, and organizational structure
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and service delivery

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years in operations leadership (COO, Director of Operations, Integrator, GM, or similar role)
  • Strong experience with EOS / Traction
  • Proven ability to scale teams and operational systems
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational and execution ability
  • Experience building KPIs, scorecards, SOPs, and accountability systems
  • Strong financial and operational understanding
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in home services, field service, construction, HVAC, fire protection, mechanical contracting, electrical, or service-based industries
  • Experience with field service software, dispatching, or service operations
  • Knowledge of operational reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
