About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will assess clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals to help clients reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations based on progress.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, physicians, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Ensure services comply with BACB ethical guidelines, payer requirements, and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active state licensure (where required).
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel between client locations, if applicable.
