Responsibilities

• Oversee all ABA operations in the state.
• Lead hiring, training, and retention of clinical staff.
• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and new clinic development.
• Manage budgets and operational performance.
• Develop relationships with referral sources, schools, physicians, and community organizations.
