About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. As a BCBA, you will oversee individualized treatment programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities, provide clinical supervision, mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting progress.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), when clinically appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
- Analyze client data and make treatment modifications to maximize progress.
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs in accordance with applicable certification and regulatory requirements.
- Complete all clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance authorization reports accurately and within required timelines.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case consultations.
- Maintain compliance with all payer, Medicaid, state, company, and professional ethical standards.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new clinical staff.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Eligible for Ohio licensure or currently licensed to practice behavior analysis in Ohio.
- Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing behavior intervention programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Reliable transportation if providing community or in-home services.
