Busy, fast-paced restaurant in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations.
Requirements:
- Restaurant management experience is a must
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- Manage front counter and customer service
- Schedule and supervise employees
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
- Handle inventory, purchasing, and vendor orders
- Answer phones and manage customer inquiries
